The Sales Analyst will help optimize promotional and operational efforts by analyzing and predicting sales trends and markets in the medical device industry. They will assess data for customer metrics, competitor information and sales channels to determine the best methods of increasing revenue and market share. They will provide advice to our sales teams and executive leadership on developing sales targets, assessing strategies to boost revenue and developing promotional campaigns and budgets.
Essential Duties
- Help the sales force maximize information and streamline communication through salesforce CRM
- Generate internal reporting and collaborate with the sales force by analyzing account rebates, spending thresholds, monthly trends and buying patterns
- Process sales order, assisting with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- Analyze business by agency, district, territory and account levels including growth, percent to quota, run rates (forecasting), sales per day and upgrade opportunities
- Determine annual quota allocation by territory
- Perform customer value optimization analysis; discounting, carried-in product, list service pricing, loaner fees, promotional items and rebates

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented field preferred; experience and BS/BA in other fields will be considered
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Proven office management or administrative experience
- Prior medical experience preferred
- High proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce, Inventory Management Systems and COGNOS
- Knowledge of Arthrex products and ability to understand key/focus product initiatives
- Experience in finance or operations or sales support preferred
- Ability to work well within a dynamic team-oriented approach
- Ability to analyze and identify sales opportunities, inventory trends and efficiency opportunities
