    As the Asia Pacific (APAC) Regulatory Affairs (RA) Manager, Alvin Bay is responsible for overseeing Arthrex’s legal ability to sell its products in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The RA department is the liaison between the company and a country’s government, which seeks to safeguard public health by controlling the safety and efficacy of medical device products sold and used in its country.
