How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ through your role?
Arthrex moves quickly, introducing new products and technologies at pace, and that speed of innovation demands constant awareness. I stay close to these developments so I can assess each case with precision and recommend the most appropriate solution to support better patient outcomes. Providing clear, informed guidance in these moments is incredibly rewarding.
What inspires you the most at Arthrex?
Arthrex’s extensive product range allows us to support surgeons across many different types of cases. When surgeons come to me with complex questions, I value the opportunity to work through those challenges together and share insights that inform their decisions. That trust motivates me to keep building my expertise so I can be someone they rely on in every situation.
What is your favourite success story at Arthrex?
A memorable moment was when a surgeon using another company’s implant encountered a problem mid-procedure and had no solution available. I was prepared with a suitable option and supported him throughout the case. That experience strengthened his confidence in Arthrex’s solutions and played a key role in his decision to transition to our innovations.
How do you describe the Arthrex culture?
Arthrex’s culture is supportive, collaborative, and open. People across teams are approachable and willing to help, creating an environment where challenges are shared and solved together. Regular team discussions and ongoing training keep us aligned, confident, and equipped to deliver our best work. It’s a culture that encourages growth and positions us for long-term success.
Our core value is Making People Better. How has Arthrex made you better?

Supporting colleagues in the field has strengthened my teamwork skills. Guiding surgeons in the operating room on our products and techniques has expanded my leadership capabilities.
