Main Objective
The Integrated Marketing Campaign Specialist will lead the development and execution of omnichannel integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with matrixed team members to implement data-driven strategies that align campaigns with business growth objectives. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will organize individual marketing asset requests into successful integrated campaigns and will build and maintain strong relationships with internal creative, operations, and analytics team members, as well as stakeholders across the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy
- Serve as subject matter expert on campaigns and the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on integrated marketing campaign requests.
- Partner with the Marketing PMO to manage the successful execution of all campaign initiatives, including research, planning, concepting, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Oversee the creation and execution of creative briefs, collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure all campaign elements effectively communicate the desired message and meet strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Ensure that content effectively communicates the brand message and meets business goals and drives consistent messaging across all channels targeting optimal audience experience and positive measurable outcomes.
- Partner with applicable teams to improve SEO performance and maximize reach and engagement including campaign related metrics such as traffic, including proactive management, maintenance and optimizations of pages and content.
- Align with global marketing partners on campaign planning, execution and reporting.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive enterprise-level prioritization across complex portfolios of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to forecast, track, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Driving Data-Driven Decisions
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, inspire evolution, drive impact and measure effectiveness to make recommendations for campaign optimizations.
- Monitor, report and present on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, strategic recommendations, ROI, industry trends, and the competitive marketing landscape via program decks, and business cases targeted to executive-level audiences.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to leverage analytics for improvement and innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.

Education and Experience
- 5+ years experience successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns for global brands across a matrixed organization.
- Medical device industry experience preferred.
- Experience with SEO, Google analytics and paid advertising preferred.
- Experience working with internal creative teams and resources preferred.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A relevant master’s degree and agency experience is a plus.
- 5% travel.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; builds and delivers compelling presentations to partners and leaders of all levels.
- Strong prioritization and program management skills, able to lead multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines.
- Deep understanding of brand and omnichannel campaign development.
- Self-motivated and proactive contributor; able to execute against assigned scope and identify new areas to contribute to the team.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills
Experience working with a variety of software tools including Microsoft Office Suite, MRM and DAM systems, Adobe Creative Suite.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
