Title: International Customer Service Intern

The International Customer Service Team is responsible for supporting Arthrex Distributors in Latin America and the Caribbean. The successful candidate will prepare, execute and monitor large export shipments of Arthrex goods to our LATAM distributors. This individual will process sales orders, audit inventory for batch requirements according to local heath authority regulations, audit pricing and regulatory approvals. Additionally, this individual will prepare reporting to our LATAM sales leadership on volumes, back orders and milestones. The individual will also work withing the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner.  

 

This internship will have the option of running from June 2025 - August 2025 or September 2025 - December 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Fort Myers, FL facility.

 

Main Objective:

To provide selected student with an opportunity to gain experience in international operations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Audit incoming distributor replenishment orders.
  • Create shipments for large exports.
  • Backorder reporting using excel
  • Monitor and track international shipments.
  • Provide forecast data to the Demand Planning Team.
  • Reporting to LATAM Sales teams.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in International Business or Supply Chain Management. A college junior or senior preferred. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
  • Customer service and/or data analytics experience a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. ERP Systems; Fax; Scanner.
