The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting exhibit functions (both onsite and offsite). The coordinator assists with pre-planning, onsite, and post-exhibit tasks and serves as a liaison to internal and external clients, including employees, customers, agencies, and sales associates. **Hours must be flexible as often Saturday and/or evening coverage is required, including approximately 20% travel or as required.**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for setting up and tearing down all exhibit and workshop functions on campus and while traveling to exhibits.
- Manages staging upcoming exhibits, events, and workshops to ensure they are packed, shipped, and delivered according to need. This includes all offsite exhibits and product deliveries from ALC in Fort Myers to the Naples campus.
- Works with Sales and Product Mgmt teams onsite to optimize product display layouts. Accountable for sending appropriate products to support procedure-specific demonstrations.
- Coordinates exhibit “mock set-ups” on the Naples campus to pre-plan exhibit display placements before traveling offsite.
- Assists with generating quality leads with guidance from the exhibit planning team.
- Helps to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of display equipment. Works with Arthrex Logistics on shipping details and tracks and provides updates to planners.
- Maintains inventory of products and associated exhibit models and displays and provides recommendations for new displays. Function tests and tracks usage, forecasts, and orders as needed to support corporate and agency schedules.
- Works with agency network to ship appropriate product displays, models, and product-specific backdrops and displays to support regional exhibit opportunities.
- Responsible for setting up and cleaning up/disinfecting all campus and offsite products and displays for workshops and exhibits after attendance.
- Responsible for ordering department operating supplies to maintain inventory.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year experience working in a professional environment, prior exhibit/event experiences preferred

- Work extended hours, weekends, early mornings or late nights
- Beginner level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook email experience.

Knowledge:
General knowledge of industry practices, customer service, and standards. General knowledge of Exhibits and Workshop processes and best practices.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply and follow standard operating procedures to meet department objectives.
Discretion/Latitude:
Required to work as part of a team or individually. Work is reviewed for detail accuracy, consistency, and customer service. Refers to all policies and procedures for detailed instructions.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures. Bi-lingual language required (Spanish). Additional languages preferred.
