About the opportunity:
This is a full time permanent position based in our Auckland (Parnell) office. This role is an inbound customer service based position where most enquiries come from Hospitals and our Sales Force to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of our industry leading orthopaedic products.
You will professionally handle incoming calls and emails from both internal and external customers and enter orders into the SAP order management platform.
You will handle and troubleshoot customer needs and coordinate with the 3PL team for delivery process, pick & pack, invoicing, providing dispatch details and tracking to customers and the commercial team.
About You:
- Customer service experience in a similar role e.g. healthcare / medical devices industry experience will be highly considered but not essential.
- Order processing experience. Any SAP experience will be highly considered, as will any experience with reverse logistics.
- Excellent communication skill (oral and written),
- Strong service orientation – to both external and internal customers,
- Positive attitude and a team player,
- IT skill and experience e.g. intermediate Microsoft Excel and proficient in Word and Outlook,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Strong work ethic with proven ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency,
- Flexible with work hours e.g. our roster does require some flexibility and extra hours may also be required from time-to-time, especially at month end and during quarterly and fiscal year end to ensure all orders are processed, shipped and invoiced on time.
- Valid NZ work rights.
