Product Manager Trauma EMEA (f/m/d)

 

Your Tasks

  • You conduct market analyses and research, continuously informing yourself about new innovations in product development, and are also responsible for creating marketing materials
  • You plan, organize, and coordinate marketing measures to achieve the budget targets of the assigned product line and ensure the optimal distribution of resources
  • Together with relevant departments, you create business plans for new products and product expansions, and advise on pricing and quality improvement to increase service levels and product availability
  • Providing strategic and operational support for the sales-oriented public image of the company and the portfolio, e.g., through customer visits and participation in trade fairs and events, is also part of your responsibilities
  • You cooperate with OEM partners and continuously monitor and manage established products
  • At regular intervals, you accompany operations and courses on human specimens and identify potential partnerships with third-party manufacturers to expand the company's product line

 Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in human medicine, natural sciences, engineering, or business studies, or possess a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Additionally, you bring several years of professional experience in medicine, ideally in orthopedics and trauma surgery or in a medical technology environment
  • You have extensive experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development in the life sciences industry
  • You are motivated, work very reliably, and are happy to take on responsibility. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills, can assert yourself well, and present yourself confidently and eloquently
  • You are structured and work independently; good teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us
  • You have very good English and German language skills, both spoken and written, and have several years of experience with common MS Office programs as well as SAP and CRM
