(Associate) Product Manager Arthroplasty EMEA (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- You conduct market analyses and research with a strong focus on arthroplasty and orthopaedic innovations, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of cutting-edge developments in the field
- Furthermore you develop marketing materials specifically tailored to surgical solutions, supporting brand positioning and customer education
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and awareness within the orthopaedic sectors, ensuring effective budget allocation and optimal resource distribution.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new and expanded product lines, advising on pricing strategies and quality enhancements to improve service levels and product availability
- You strengthen the company’s sales-oriented public image by engaging with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders, through customer visits, trade fairs, and professional events
- Partner with OEMs and medical device manufacturers to monitor, optimize, and advance established solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving clinical needs
- Regularly accompany surgical procedures and training courses on human specimens are also part of your role, identifying partnership opportunities with third-party manufacturers to expand the company's portfolio
Your Profile
- You have a degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, or a related field is preferred, ideally with a specialization in orthopaedics
- Alternatively, a qualification in economics or business administration with strong experience in orthopaedics and arthroplasty is also suitable
- In addition you have prior experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development, with a focus on arthroplasty, orthopaedic devices, or surgical solutions.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and a deep understanding of orthopaedic market dynamics
- You are equipped with strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and industry experts
- A structured, independent work style with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork is equally important to you
- Finally you are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken alongside extensive experience with MS Office programs, SAP, and CRM systems
