To support our department Marketing Communications in Munich, we are currently offering a position as

Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Conceptualization, planning, and dispatch of mailings and newsletters (Germany and EMEA region)
• Management of the newsletter JIRA & MRM task process
• Maintenance of the CRM database with regard to marketing requirements and in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
• Collaboration with Marketing Business Partner and Product Management as well as with the Inside Sales and Sales Excellence departments
• Creation and maintenance of email and landing page templates for newsletters in responsive design in collaboration with web/dev specialists
• Continuous development of newsletter dispatch to external recipients (email templates and newsletter content)
• Responsible for creating Outlook templates for various stakeholders
• Creation of target group segments based on company goals for the dispatch of mailings and newsletters
• Implementation of lead management strategies and tactics
• Creation of lead forms and customer journeys

 Your Profile

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, or business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns
• Very good experience with email marketing tools as well as HTML & CSS
• Good knowledge in marketing automation and lead management as well as in project management tools, preferably JIRA
• Creativity, eloquence, and a flair for appealing content
• Very good understanding of processes and their optimization
• Initial experience with data management and CRM solutions would be desirable
• Fluent English skills complete your profile
