To support our department Legal & Compliance in Munich, we are currently offering a position as

Contacts Specialist EMEA (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Supervision and support in developing a systematic approach to commercial contract management in EMEA, including coordination with Information Technology, Finance, Sales, and EMEA Leadership
• Assisting the Director of Contract Management in assessing the contract needs of the EMEA department and in designing and implementing systems as instructed
• Creation and maintenance of country-specific contract templates, as well as monitoring contract lifecycle management, signatories, and tracking executed contracts
• Acting as a liaison between the Global Commercial Contracts department, Information Technology, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service regarding commercial and non-commercial contracts
• Collaborating with the Commercial Contracts Team and Customer Service to ensure accurate contract information in all CLM systems used by Arthrex EMEA
• Supporting the Global Legal & Compliance Team in establishing an efficient contract management process and providing relevant analyses for risk assessments and other compliance processes

 Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferably with an advanced degree or CPA eligibility)
• Several years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with experience in a contracting environment being advantageous
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Power BI is preferred
• Ability to effectively define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, coupled with high organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
• Capability to collect and record data and information according to procedures and to understand and apply mathematical principles as required for the role
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
