To support our Marketing department in Munich, we are currently offering a position as a

Working Student in Marketing Services (f/m/d)

Are you a motivated and proactive student with a passion for data, marketing and collaboration? We're looking for a Working Student to join our dynamic, intercultural Marketing Services team and make an impact from day one!

Your Tasks

• As part of the Project Management Support you will communicate project updates, track work orders, take care of meeting protocols and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule
• As part of the Data Analytics Assistance, you will identify and catalog data sources and data owners, maintain and update marketing reports & document important information
• As part of the Marketing Sub Support, you will coordinate marketing asset requests (e.g., translation requests), organize and support sub visits, including preparing presentations and planning the day 
• As part of the JIRA/Confluence Support, you will help to maintain Confluence pages, JIRA tickets, and create request forms for our marketing portal
• You will also support the continuous improvement and implementation of new processes
