Digital Transformation Specialist (f/m/d)

 

Your Tasks

  • Identify and implement digitalisation projects and ensure that they are aligned with the overall strategic goals of Arthrex EMEA
  • You will identify and facilitate the development of new skills and competencies required for digital transformation within the organisation as well as work with various departments to identify opportunities for digital improvement and implement effective digital solutions
  • You will use a combination of digital technologies, methodologies and organisational strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new digital tools and practices by developing and executing change management strategies
  • Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and implement optimised processes to increase operational efficiency
  • Contribute to supporting digital cultural change within the organisation by introducing and implementing agile methods and tools to improve flexibility and cross-functional collaboration 

 Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, data science or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage
  • You have several years of experience in one of the following areas: digital transformation, data analysis, process analysis, change management
  • You have a sound understanding of digital technologies and their application in a business context such as AI, robotics, IoT, integration or data platforms as well as solid knowledge of data science and data analysis tools
  • Furthermore, you already have experience in applying agile methods and tools as well as in conducting detailed process analyses and implementing improvements
  • Experience in change management and driving cultural change within cross-functional teams and across the organisation
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English, an additional language is a plus
