Main Objective:  Creatively and actively participate in the Department of Medical Education to carry out logistical operations for organization and maintenance activities for educational activities associated with corporate staff, Arthrex business partner representatives and health care professionals (HCP).       


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and continuously improves skills to be highly proficient with System management, functionality and technical support for Arthrex online Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Assists with administration of LMS-based Representative and HCP Training programs.
  • Assists with assigning training, evaluating qualifications, and advancing learners through all aspects of Arthrex training programs.
  • Assists with planning and administration of live Representative Training.
  • Assists with coordinating and scheduling Arthrex staff members, Arthrex business partner personnel and HCP instructors to instruct at Arthrex live training events.
  • Assists with creation of pre-course and post- training educational material and examinations.
  • Tracks and report attendance, progress, and statistical information associated with educational events both through the LMS and at live educational events
  • Communicates with Arthrex business partner personnel on upcoming trainings and miscellaneous information pertaining to training programs.
  • Assists with demonstrations of Arthrex educational tools, products and procedures.
  • Processes instructor requests for Arthrex business partner, 3rd party courses, and international internal education events
  • Provide clerical support to Medical Education Department
  • Assists with production and maintenance of corporate medical education marketing materials, educational materials, textbooks, electronic books, videos, recorded presentations, etc.
  • 10% travel required


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2 years of experience working full time in an educational setting is required. 
  • Experience in administration of a Learning Management System is preferred.
  • Experience in instructional design is preferred.
  • Multilingual fluency is required.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed work accurately.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to speak publicly.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish required.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Command of Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone.
