Arthrex Inc. is actively searching for a Lab Services Associate to support lab, training, and functions in-house and at off-site events. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.   1. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product line.
  2. Organize and conduct surgeon training events.
  3. Provide non-clinical technical expertise in conjunction with the Clinical Specialists.
  4. Perform lab set-up, breakdown, and cleansing of lab equipment.
  5. Responsible for inventory management, which includes ordering new products, and replacing missing, damaged, and obsolete components.
  6. Full understanding and implementation of contamination protocol.
  7. Ensure that the lab facility represents Arthrex as the leader in the industry.
  8. Maintains inventory of products and associated lab items. Tracks usage and forecasts and orders as needed to support corporate schedule.
  9. Develops and maintains lab checklists and reference materials.
  10. Responsible for set-up and clean-up/disinfecting of in-house and off-site labs after attendance. Observes all blood-borne pathogen and related safety procedures.
  11. Required to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
  12. You will be required to work Saturdays.

Education and Experience:

High school education or equivalent required, Customer Service and Medical Background preferred.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Good communication skills, positive attitude, ability to be flexible and work in team environment. Experience in inventory control or warehouse and materials planning helpful but not required.  Fluent Spanish a plus.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PCs and software as needed.
