Main Objective:

 

As an Imaging & Resection Sales Lead, you will meet sales goals in assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets/clinics (Nurse Managers, Clinic Owners, BME, MMD etc) for Imaging & Resection (Equipment + corresponding Consumables) portfolio

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Sales

 

  • Identify business opportunities for capital sales cycle (including incremental service agreements) and execution of sales plan to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Seek and analyze information on competition, market and industry trends and discern how this could impact the business and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Leverage understanding of product information to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships.
  • Customize discussions with customers based on understanding the customer's practice and needs.Collaborate with I&R Product Manager in product launches, strategy planning and execution of business plans
  • Integrate and partner with implant team counterparts & internal stakeholders to maximize appropriate territory activities and accomplish positive results for customers.
  • To provide monthly I&R sales analysis, sales cycle updates & technical service updates to Sales Manager & Product Manager, in the required format
  • To manage the complete sales cycle including, but not limited to, comprehensive product presentation/evaluation, closing, negotiating the contract, configuration adjustments, delivery, installation, and after sales technical support
  • To provide internal and external sales/product training
  • Deliver brand-specific presentations to appropriate health care professionals based on business and customer needs, including providing training for proper operation and functionality of medical devices.

 

Service:

 

  • Actively participate in continuous learning and development programs, such as technical updates and professional skills enhancement.
  • Maintain regular, frequent communication with customers and team members to ensure resolution in timely manner by defining and implementing corrective action plans, and proper follow-up leading to customer satisfaction
  • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution. Proactively engage with team members to ensure they are always aware of status of all issues for their designated customers.
  • Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer relationship, Arthrex install base in Singapore, service records and logistic arrangement of defective products return to Service center
  • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure equipment are in optimal performance before and after deployment to hospital
  • Provide on-site installations, maintenance (including software upgrades), and basic rectification of medical devices in accordance with company standards and procedures to effectively support customer needs.
  • Represent as liaison between product managers, Sales and Technical service team to analyze product complaints and propose appropriate solutions to customer

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • At least 8+ years of sales experience of Medical Device (Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy experience preferred)
  • Proven record of sales success
  • Proven experience of training others on products/services
