With a corporate mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™, Arthrex has pioneered the field of arthroscopy and develops more than 1,000 innovative products and procedures each year that support all aspects of orthopedics.  The Information Technology Project Management Office (PMO) is searching for an Intern to support the delivery of critical business projects, advance our work management system, and improve our Project Artifact Library. The individual will work with PMO staff to document, analyze, and manage project risks, issues, tasks, and communications in support of our key stakeholders. In addition, the intern will support the continued advancement of IT PMO practices within Workfront and the Project Artifact Library.

 

This internship will run from May 2025 – August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

 

Main Objective:

Support the delivery of Arthrex Technology Projects.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, track and manage project risks, issues and tasks. 
  • Support communications, training and testing activities for projects and documentation of PMO Policy and Procedure.
  • Utilize Workfront for reporting and data cleansing.
  • Test projects and UAT participation.
  • Support the IT PMO advancement of Workfront, Project Artifact Library, and IT Metric adoption/growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in Business (MIS or Data Analytics) or Computer Science required. Junior or above preferred.
    (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Knowledge of Project Management Principles and Work Management Tools preferred.
  • Prior SDLC experience preferred. 

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
