To support our Operations department in Sheffield, we are currently offering a position as

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Working closeley with QHSE Manager in ensuring all SOP /work Instructions are up to date for both sites
▪ Population of environmental data for submission to the relevant bodies
▪ Collate and display relevant data/information across the businesses notice boards
▪ Understand and work towards improving Arthrex UK’s environmental and sustainability po-sition within the group.
▪ Assist with maintaining and updating ISO9001 - Quality Management Systems (QMS) doc-umentation requirements.
▪ Assist with maintaining and updating ISO9001 - Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation requirements.
▪ Assist with internal and external audits.
▪ Help plan and undertake require reoccurring inspection required throughout the premises.
▪ Undertake risk assessments, for quality, safety and environmental aspects.
▪ Work and assist with external regulatory agencies.
▪ Working on product and procedural complaints.

Ensuring compliance in relation to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety

  • Enuring compliance to Arthrex environmental systems
  • Ensuring all housekeeping audits are up to date
  • Adherence to all Health and Safety policies


Education and professional experience:
• Five or more GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C or above level 4, which must include mathematics & English, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship


General requirements and skills:
• The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role
• You will work at Arthrex 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time
• Must have a strong enthusiasm and passion for marketing and communications

08:00 – 16:30
