The role: To work within our Operations team across 2 shifts with consistent focus on service and the best patient outcome. You will be part of a team who are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of medical and surgical equipment used on and in patients in the operating theatre environment. Attention to detail and compliance to process essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory
o Perform inventory counts within agreed timetable.
o Support Operations team with warehouse Optimisation programmes.
o Produce inventory metrics in conjunction with Inventory Manager.
o Produce metrics in line with operational requirements
o Cycle count accuracy by volume and value for all plants
o System (SAP) Housekeeping activities

The Successful Candidate:
o Flexibility
o Product and process literate.

Working arrangement:
08:30 – 17:00
This includes 30-minute unpaid break and 2 x10 minutes paid break per day
Education and professional experience:
• Five or more GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C or above level 4, which must include
mathematics & english, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship
General requirements and skills:
• The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will
need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role
• You will work at Arthrex 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time
• Must have a strong enthusiasm and passion for marketing and communications
