Main Objective:

Supports APAC team in the management of Document and Complaints processing, data management, records organization for APAC Region and the APAC countries. Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to; Document and Records Controls, Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), Post Market Surveillance and QMS audits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinator for managing Document Management System and Learning Management System.
  • Document Coordinator for Documentum and Sharepoint systems
  • Training Administrator for managing training curricula and records in LMS.
  • Report generation
• Generate Complaints closeout letters for customers and routine trending charts
• Follow up on the completion of Quality activities such as field actions, NCs and CAPAs.
• Assists in internal audits ensuring effectiveness of quality management system
• Participates in quality improvement projects within the company
• Support APAC subsidiaries in collating data and prepare management reports on quality metrics.
• Participate in APAC and Global improvement projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a Science or Engineering discipline or Diploma with at least 2 years experience in Quality.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests.
• Comprehension of orthopedic technical/engineering/medical terminology, or can reference literature for understanding.
• Self-starter and self-motivated. Ability to work well with other Functions.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to read trending data and articulate complex situations to manager.
