| Title: | Surgeon Engagement Operations Coordinator |

Arthrex is growing and we are actively searching for a Surgeon Engagement Operations Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and project coordination support to the Surgeon Engagement team. This position serves as a key business partner responsible for coordinating surgeon engagement initiatives, supporting cross-functional projects, maintaining operational processes, and facilitating communication among internal stakeholders and surgeon partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Surgeon Engagement Operations
- Coordinate operational activities supporting surgeon engagement initiatives, strategic programs, and organizational priorities.
- Serve as a central point of coordination among Surgeon Engagement, Product Management, Medical Education, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Meetings & Events, and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility across multiple surgeon engagement initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments are tracked and executed effectively.
- Analyze project timelines, resource needs, and operational requirements to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Support leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic surgeon engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of surgeon engagement processes and operational workflows.
- Monitor program performance and assist with preparation of reports, metrics, presentations, and executive summaries.
Surgeon and Stakeholder Relationship Coordination
- Coordinate communications, visits, meetings, and engagements involving key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeon consultants, and strategic partners.
- Facilitate interactions between surgeons and internal departments to support training, product development, research, and business initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of surgeon advisory boards, working groups, educational programs, and strategic meetings.
- Coordinate follow-up activities and action items resulting from surgeon meetings and engagement activities.
- Help ensure surgeon-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
Business Operations and Project Support
- Support leadership decision-making through preparation, organization, and analysis of reports, presentations, operational updates, and business information.
- Maintain project tracking tools, action-item logs, dashboards, and reporting resources.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate consultant, vendor, and external stakeholder activities as required.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities associated with surgeon engagement programs.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment when managing sensitive information and competing priorities.
Meeting, Event, and Program Coordination
- Coordinate planning and execution of surgeon meetings, sponsor meetings, training programs, workshops, and educational events.
- Facilitate logistics, agendas, meeting materials, travel arrangements, and post-meeting communications.
- Coordinate visitor registration, facility access, meeting support, and stakeholder communications.
- Anticipate logistical requirements and proactively coordinate resources to support successful event execution.
- Support on-site activities for surgeon visits and strategic business meetings as required.
Administrative and Operational Excellence
- Support executive and departmental operations through proactive planning, coordination, and follow-through.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling requests, and travel logistics as needed to support departmental objectives.
- Maintain departmental documentation, records, databases, and operational resources.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication, coordination, and workflow efficiency.
- Perform additional operational, project coordination, and administrative duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, executive support, sales support, marketing operations, healthcare administration, or related experience required.
- Experience supporting physician engagement, medical education, healthcare programs, sales operations, or related business functions preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives required.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information required.
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and tracking tools.
- Experience utilizing CRM, reporting, project management, or business systems preferred.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize Arthrex business systems and reporting platforms.
