Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Supply Chain team is located in Naples, FL and is responsible for global supply chain activities. We are searching for a intern pursuing a Supply Chain or other Business related degree to support the Supply Chain Team. Under direct supervision the individual will work with the Supply Chain Department in order to gain experience in Supply Chain duties including but not limited to purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, master data maintenance activities and production planning across the various divisions of Arthrex.

This internship will run from September 2025 – December 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability up to 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews MRP outputs daily to ensure all required actions are taken – planned orders, expedites, de-expedites cancels, etc.
• Limits backorders of any assigned parts while communicating backorder information to internal departments.
• Distributes Engineering Change Requests to the suppliers and review disposition of existing and in-process inventory.
• Discusses defective goods and services with inspection or quality control personnel internally and externally to ensure corrective action is taken.
• Creates POs for inventoried purchases.
• Works closely with Production Manager, Product Manager, Engineers and Master Scheduler.
• Create reports to monitor inventory outlook.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in Supply Chain or Business related field required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Macros/Pivot tables/Vlookups) preferred. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain preferred. 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
