The MedEd Representative Training Team based in Naples, FL is responsible for carrying out logistical operations for organization and maintenance activities for educational activities associated with corporate staff and companywide agency representatives. We are seeking an intern to assist the Medical Education Rep Training Operations Analyst Team with administrative duties, including but not limited to: generating informative reports and visuals, data collection and analysis to provide insights, course logistics and planning, and key projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This internship will run from January 2026 – April 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Rep Training logistics and planning for US/CAN.
- Data collection and analysis of rep training attendance by region and agencies.
- Administrative responsibilities to support the delivery of learning programs and curricula.
- Develop reports and visuals to provide insights for decision making.
- Assist with workflow process improvements for new dashboards and web designs for new Sharepoint site.
Education and Experience:
Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Health Administration, Business Management, Analytics & Informatics, or Education. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Interpersonal skills (written and oral).
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and execute responsibilities.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
