This internship will run from May 2025 – August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 30-40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

This intern will work on the Learner Experience team but provide project support for the L&D teams such as Instructional Design, Organizational Development and LMS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on prep and logistics of materials for the trainers.                                                            

• Support various projects from the Learner Experience team: mentoring program, analyzing satisfaction surveys, etc.

• Project works from Organizational Development: gathering and analyzing data.                                                              

• Project works from Instructional Design: collect and implement feedback from program reviews.

• Project works from LMS: support LMS users in everyday registration.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business Management or Human Resource Management. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Previous HR support/administration experience through an internship or other experience required.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
