As a Digital Marketing Product Manager, you'll support cross-functional Agile teams to deliver clinician-focused web and mobile solutions that are grounded in strategy, backed by analytics, and optimized for performance. From discovery to launch and beyond, you’ll blend content strategy, SEO, and compliance to craft digital experiences that empower engagement, decision-making, and real-world impact.
Main Objective: Responsible for developing, executing, and communicating the long-term product strategy and roadmap for assigned digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and global priorities. Leads cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, driving user-centered design, Agile delivery, SEO best practices, and data-informed product enhancements. Collaborates across functions and regions to foster innovation, alignment, and continuous growth of digital experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Develops and communicates a long-term product strategy and roadmap for assigned digital products in alignment with business goals, revenue growth, and global priorities. Coordinates the intake and definition of requirements from stakeholders and partners to ensure clarity and alignment. Partners with domestic and international stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
· Product Ownership: Serves as the primary point of contact, subject matter expert, and decision-maker for assigned digital products. Leads cross-functional Agile team(s) through all phases of the product lifecycle — from discovery and development to launch and ongoing optimization. Prioritizes the product backlog and feature development based on user and market research, analytics insights, and business needs.
· User-Centered Development: Engages regularly with end users, stakeholders, partners, and leadership to ensure solutions meet global needs. Advocates for user experience and ensures deep understanding of target audiences across markets. Champions mobile-first and responsive design to ensure seamless experiences across all devices. Promotes adherence to accessibility standards.
· Content Strategy: Collaborates with campaign strategists and medical writers to ensure content aligns with product objectives, user needs, and SEO goals. Helps shape content architecture to support user journeys and optimize conversion paths.
· Agile Execution: Collaborates with development teams to define and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Actively participates in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Supports User Acceptance Testing.
· Performance & Optimization: Analyzes product performance using digital metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborates with analytics and UX teams to define KPIs, success measures, and actionable insights.
· Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitors industry trends and conducts competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
· SEO & Lead Generation: Integrates SEO best practices into product development to enhance visibility and organic traffic. Partners with marketing and content teams to optimize digital experiences for lead generation and conversion. Applies a technical SEO perspective to inform requirements and define success criteria.
· Collaboration & Communication: Fosters strong relationships across teams, encouraging transparency, accountability, and shared ownership. Communicates product vision and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
· Compliance, Risk, & Dependency Management: Identifies risks and cross-team dependencies early and develops mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution across multiple development streams. Ensures digital products comply with relevant health care regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
· Change Management & Enablement: Partners with internal teams (e.g., Communications, OCM, Media Production) to support adoption and rollout of new features or products. Helps develop support materials and feedback loops to drive engagement.
· Team Enablement: Promotes a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.
· Travel: Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or industry events.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field required.
· Master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with a focus on digital strategy.
· 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or related roles.
· Experience with digital platforms, analytics tools, and user experience principles.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with health care professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff, to understand their workflows, pain points, and digital needs.
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional, multicultural, and distributed teams.
· Proven ability to design and deliver effective customer-centric digital product roadmaps, with a track record of launching web and mobile solutions on time and within budget.
· Solid understanding of web/mobile technologies, digital marketing trends, and Agile development methodologies including activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
· Strong understanding of both headless and traditional CMS technologies.
· Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
· Familiarity with SEO, lead generation strategies, and performance-driven marketing.
· Proven ability to drive decision-making in matrixed environments through servant leadership.
· Strong understanding of content taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and digital content governance.
· Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Familiarity with system integration (e.g., CRM, Analytics), localization, and internationalization concepts and standards.
· Familiarity with the health care industry required; experience in orthopedics strongly preferred.
