The Arthrex Media Production team, based at the company’s global headquarters in Naples, Florida, is growing and looking to add a Creative Producer, I. This position will be responsible for producing quality video content with Medical Education, Product Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and other departments. They will also collaborate with the Media Production team to develop projects throughout the creation process. Essential Responsibilities:

Pre-Production

  • Meet with stakeholders, and collaborate with producers to identify the goals, messaging, and help determine the project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with creative producers to formulate creative direction for projects and productions.
  • Translate corporate and medical education content requests into a production plan for the media production team to execute.
  • Align with creative producers and the production team to orient the financial and design aspects of productions with the project goals.
  • Develop story outlines for scripting and interview questions.
  • Review shot lists and provide feedback to the production team. 

Production 

  • Enact creative plan onset, communicating to talent, production crew, and requesters.
  • Direct on-screen talent to ensure content will be delivered in a way that engages audience and meets Arthrex quality standards.

Post-Production

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Arthrex partners to post-produce high-quality digital media that educates our audiences.
  • Review production footage for quality control and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Producing team to guide the editing process, including an asset’s overall tone, music choice, editing, and visual effects.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required 
  • 3 years of experience in media content creation required. 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Ability to work well with a variety of team members to represent the design viewpoint effectively in a collaborative work environment. 
  • Intermediate video production language skills to communicate basic direction on-set.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
  • Requires policies and practices for guidance.
  • Work is supervised.  Follows general instructions.  
  • Basic on-set directing skills for talent and crew.
  • Knowledgeable of best practices for pre-production, production and post-production techniques and workflows.
  • Basic working knowledge of industry-standard camera, audio, and lighting equipment. Basic storytelling abilities through written and visual forms
  • General understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and Apple Operating Systems.
  • Ability to study and learn anatomy and anatomical terms of location.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Position requires a knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema Camera Systems, and Apple operating systems.
