Arthrex is actively seeking a Business Systems Analyst 1-LATAM Master Data Governance works directly with the Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain departments within Arthrex. This person will be responsible for facilitating process improvements by engaging business and IT technical teams, as well as documenting, testing, analyzing, implementing, and testing the organization’s data standards in SAP applications and enterprise systems with strong focus on international/global operations. Location: This position will be based in our Arthrex Headquarters in Naples, FL to work directly with the team, with potential for partial-flexible WFH opportunity later.

This role will support our teams in Latin America.  Ability to speak and write Portuguese and/or Spanish is required. Normal work hours are 8-5 Eastern but this role will need to interface with teams in Mexico, Colombia, Chile & Brazil, therefore some flexibility is required.

Main Objective:

Responsible for facilitating process improvements, engaging business and IT teams, including Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain departments within Arthrex and maintaining the organization’s data processes in SAP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.

Create or assist with creating artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed requirements, process flows, and test cases.

Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.

Participate in Analysis, Testing, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment, including (where applicable):

Collect, document, and analyze cross functional business requirements for data and process.

Monitor reports for unusual activity, or potential compliance issues. Escalate or make recommendations for resolution.

Facilitate improvements to business processes in LATAM and other regions with a focus quality, and regulatory compliance.

Support or assist with user testing and user training activities.

Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control.

Create and maintain Quality System Procedures content in collaboration with regional personnel.

Respond to, resolve, and escalate reported incidents according to agree upon SLA.

Under management direction, may participate as SME for internal and third-party audits, such as BSI, DQS and UL/INMETRO.

Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner.

Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.

Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
