Arthrex is actively seeking a Cash Operations Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to the cash application function within HRC and SAP. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams across Accounts Receivable to assess challenges, gather insights, and deliver solutions that enhance accuracy and efficiency. It combines hands-on execution with strategic analysis, supporting daily cash operations while driving process optimization, system integration, and cross-departmental alignment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the HighRadius Cash Application module and maintain documentation for system and functional processes.
- Reconcile and post daily ACH, EFT, credit card, and international payments.
- Validate and resolve remittance issues with bank deposits, lockbox reports, and payment platforms.
- Monitor and reconcile bank cash deposit accounts and credit card payment systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional Arthrex departments (Treasury, GL) and external vendors (HighRadius, BofA, Paymetric, AMEX (BIP), GHX, and WorldPay) regarding cash applications.
- Coordinate with EDI partners to set up new users. Follow up on the process when errors occur.
- Identify training needs. Implement practices and create material to support the training.
- Partner closely with the collection and resolutions teams to establish parameters for handling account payments and ensure timely and accurate posting to invoice-level detail.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives and cross-departmental process alignment with appropriate transformation, technology, and business personnel.
- Maintain internal controls and provide documentation for audit readiness
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically, set and manage priorities, manage multiple projects, and allocate and reallocate resources as required.
- Demonstrate effective communication with customers, cross-functional business partners, and inter-AR departments to ensure process effectiveness, issue resolution, and cash audit control maintenance.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
- 5 years of recent work experience in Cash Applications and Accounts Receivables required
- Experience with HighRadius and SAP preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Knowledge of practices and principles in administering cash application functions.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and cash collection processes.

- Delivers training in systems, reporting tools, departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
- Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines, demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness.
- Strong PC skills including Excel, and experience with other Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Must be able to work across boundaries & influence key decision-makers. Ability to see and maintain the big picture, identifying and evaluating opportunities for cross-group win-win collaboration
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC and software as needed (accounting and word processing), and office equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office required. Prior experience with ERP based A/R systems preferred, especially SAP.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
