Arthrex Inc. is hiring Business Analyst II – Global Service and Repair to work at our Fort Myers, Florida location. This individual will participate and assist in the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that requirements are fully understood by all stakeholders before solutions are designed and implemented. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to business goals and objectives through the development and implementation of solutions.
• Support process improvement projects by identifying areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
• Provide data to support the development of benchmarks of current and future processes against best industry practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members for the successful completion of projects.
• Contribute to the development of roadmaps of projects and initiatives for enablement of new capabilities.
• Support projects via project management programs to ensure they are successful
• Support business systems to identify technical functionality that aligns with the desired new business capabilities.
• Support training and processes to ensure compliance of all quality policy/system items that are applicable to the department.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally

Knowledge:

• Partial to complete knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards for project management and software business analysis.
• General application of concepts and principles.

Skills:

Experience with the following:

• Data mining, analyzing, and reporting utilizing business applications/systems including ERP and CRM systems
• Supporting the management of KPIs
• Analyzing metrics and providing recommendations.
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience including data mining, analyzing, and reporting utilizing business applications/systems including ERP and CRM systems
• Experience supporting continuous improvement projects focused cost savings required.
• Advance Excel skills required.

Language and Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply English language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively in English to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures in English.
