How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ in your role?
My role as a Product Associate impacts our mission in a variety of ways. I am supporting the expansion of our endoscopic spine portfolio which launched in October 2023 and helping our agencies start adopting the innovations. This includes training our Salesforce to support and educate surgeons on our product lines and aiding the Medical Education Managers in prepping their local labs to host spine labs. I also work alongside our
Product Development teams to ensure that we create innovations that meet our surgeons' standards.
What inspires you the most at Arthrex?
What inspires me the most is that everyone here is committed to our core values of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better®. This commitment shows in everything we do here, from our vast product innovations to each of our agencies being able to host local cadaveric trainings for surgeons.
I love meeting with surgeons who are first time visitors to Arthrex. Seeing their amazement of our campus and our commitment to innovation, education and representation makes me so proud to be a part of this company.
What is your favorite success story at Arthrex?
My favorite success story at Arthrex was the success of the first Spine Evolutions event that was held in January of this year. More than 300 attendees and over 100 surgeons visited the Naples campus to learn more about the current state of and the future of endoscopic spine surgery. The feedback from this event was overwhelmingly positive, and many surgeons wanted to make immediate changes to includes endoscopic surgery as a larger part of their practices.
How do you describe the Arthrex culture?
The culture at Arthrex is one that is team-oriented and like a giant family. Everyone is very supportive of each other and is always ready to help anyone in need. Teamwork is the basis of everything we do here, and it is critical to our success as a company.
Our core value is Making People Better. How has Arthrex made you better?
Arthrex has made me better personally and professionally. There have been so many opportunities to learn, and I learn something new from my coworkers every day. I have been lucky enough to spend many days working with and learning from faculty members and our surgeon consultants. This has helped me to continuously grow and excel in my role.
I am also grateful for all of the opportunities Arthrex provides to help us maintain healthy lifestyles. You can find me often in the gym after work or playing on the Arthrex soccer team.
