Your Tasks

  • Drive and implement ECI sales training programs across the DACH region
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops and in-field coaching (co-travel)
  • Partner closely with Country Sales Trainers, Sales Excellence and Product Management
  • Embed sales tools, data insights and performance metrics into daily sales routines
  • Provide structured field feedback to continuously enhance ECI concepts 

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in medical device sales, sales training or sales excellence
  • Strong training and coaching skills with a confident professional presence
  • Hands-on experience with structured sales methodologies
  • Very good English and German skills
  • High willingness to travel, strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
