Your Tasks

  • Play a key role in building and developing the Hip & Knee Arthroplasty segment, contributing to strategy, positioning, and long-term growth
  • Act as a clinical and product expert, training and supporting surgeons and sales teams in the application of arthroplasty solutions
  • Lead onboarding and education initiatives for both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring confident and effective product usage
  • Spend significant time in direct customer interaction – including on-site visits, workshops, and hands-on trainings in our in-house lab environment
  • Plan and conduct practical training sessions (e.g. cadaver labs, workshops, and product demonstrations) with a strong focus on clinical excellence
  • Drive brand building and market development activities, especially for a new and evolving product segment
  • Work closely with Sales to actively support market penetration and business growth, taking a highly customer-centric approach
  • Monitor market trends and innovations, particularly in robotics and advanced arthroplasty technologies, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to further develop the portfolio and identify new business opportunities

Your Profile

  • Strong clinical background (e.g. medicine, biomedical sciences) or alternatively a commercial background combined with solid experience in arthroplasty (Hip & Knee)
  • Proven experience within arthroplasty is essential; exposure to robotic-assisted surgery is a strong plus
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability and motivation to actively engage in trainings, lab work, and customer interaction on a daily basis
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. sales, application specialist, clinical support) with a strong focus on relationship building
  • Passion for teaching and enabling others, with the confidence to train surgeons and sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to shape and influence a new business area
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, paired with a high level of credibility in clinical environments
  • Willingness to travel and spend significant time on-site with customers and in the lab
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
