Your Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement complex marketing automation and lead management projects
- Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns, particularly in the field of email marketing (EMEA region)
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in EMEA and internationally
- Develop, set up, and test automated customer journeys (including segmentation, triggers, and lead forms in coordination with IT)
- Monitor and optimize all relevant digital marketing activities with a focus on lead management
- Create reports, data analyses, and performance evaluations in dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Further develop and maintain contact data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Take responsibility for internal consulting as well as managing external service providers
- Conduct training sessions on marketing automation for users and subsidiaries (EMEA)
- Implement and optimize lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies
- Develop and implement personalization and dynamic content concepts for email templates
- Support the CRM data modeling process
- Monitor and analyze trends in marketing automation and lead management
Your Profile
- Completed degree in marketing (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in marketing automation and email marketing
- In-depth expertise in marketing automation and lead management
- Very good knowledge of common marketing tools and system landscapes
- Experience in target audience engagement and campaign personalization
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Excellent networking abilities, particularly with IT stakeholders
- High level of personal responsibility and a structured way of working
- Very good command of English
