Responsibilities
- Driving the strategic and operational development of the HR landscape across the EMEA region while shaping and implementing future-oriented HR initiatives
- Leading international transformation and change projects from concept development through successful implementation
- Partnering closely with HR, business, and IT stakeholders to harmonize, optimize, and digitize HR processes across the region
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing innovative solutions that support an efficient and future-oriented HR organization
- Providing functional leadership for complex, cross-border projects and coordinating international project teams
- Acting as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and business stakeholders on strategic HR initiatives and organizational change programs
- Contributing to the continuous enhancement of the HR systems landscape and driving HR digitalization efforts
- Establishing sustainable standards, best practices, and governance structures across the EMEA region
- Taking on people leadership responsibilities in the future and actively supporting the further development of the HR Projects function
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in HR project management, ideally within an international organization or consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of modern HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or comparable platforms
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and multinational projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse groups across the organization
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset combined with a high degree of initiative and ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence interacting at all organizational levels
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal; additional European languages are an advantage
- Previous leadership experience or the potential and ambition to take on leadership responsibilities in the future
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
