Your Responsibilities
- Conduct market and salary benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and develop data‑driven recommendations
- Manage the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and STI/LTI programs, in collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders
- Assess, design, and enhance EMEA benefits programs, including vendor management and compliance oversight
- Maintain and further develop job and career frameworks, ensuring consistent evaluations and banding structures
- Prepare Total Compensation Statements and deliver clear Total Rewards visualizations
- Create compensation dashboards and KPI reports, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems such as Employee Central
- Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation topics, market competitiveness, and internal guidelines
- Lead or contribute to regional rewards projects, such as pay‑equity initiatives or incentive program improvements
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Strong expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking methodologies, and salary survey tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Employee Central) and strong affinity for data and analytics
- Ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear, effective communication
- Excellent English skills; German or other European languages are an advantage
- Independent, structured working style combined with strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills
- High intercultural competence and comfort working in a global matrix environment
