Logistics & Operations
At the service site in Odelzhausen, we coordinate the entire logistics process of our Arthrex products – as well as a.r.e.s. retail goods.
Supply Network Planning
We are responsible for filling stocks in 14 EMEA sales centers and managing the orders of 3 subsidiaries.
Procurement EMEA
We ensure that the items purchased for EMEA arrive at our central warehouse in Venlo at the right time, in a cost-effective manner and in the right quantity.
Supply Chain Management
We optimize and coordinate the entire Arthrex supply chain in EMEA area to ensure the efficient and smooth supply of our products.
Customer Service & Operations Freiham
We serve national and international customers throughout EMEA and see ourselves as “happy-customer makers.”
Loan Service Center EMEA
At the Odelzhausen service site, we are responsible for short-term loans and demo units for all Arthrex products in EMEA and have a shared objective of providing our customers with the best service.
