On your first working day at Arthrex, you'll receive your Welcome Package, consisting of an Arthrex bag, drinking bottle, shiatsu massage voucher, and branded office material, such as pens and a notepad.
Induction Days
The induction days take place on the first and second working day of the month. New employees will be given a warm welcome, there will be a tour of the building, an introduction to Arthrex by the senior management, and the departments will introduce themselves.
Individual Training Plan
The individual training plan contains position- and department-specific topics and references to useful online training sessions, and is usually completed within the first 6 months.
Buddy Program
We'll assign you a "buddy" as a personal contact person and support during the training period (3-6 months) on site so that you can settle in with Arthrex, your team, and in the workplace as much as possible.
Your Start at Arthrex
To optimally support your entry, you'll receive various Arthrex training sessions, eg, product training for Sales and non-Sales employees, or a tour of the service site in Odelzhausen.
Our Further Training Offer
We'll offer you internal and external training sessions from the start, as well as access to the online learning platform LinkedIn Learning, with over 21,000 courses for professional and personal continued training.
