Job Description:

  • 3rd party payment  (including compliance check point) and employee T&E check 差旅及三方付款审核
  • AP Journal Entries posting付款凭证入账
  • MRO and intercompany management 三方付款及关联方付款管理
  • VAT-in reconciliation 增值税进项税管理
  • Analytics and statistical report preparation and communication 报表准备和沟通
  • User training for new process / system 新系统或流程的用户培训
  • SAP China Roll Out support SAP上线支持

 

Requirements:

  • SAP AP experience is a must 拥有SAP AP模块经验
  • Solid accounting knowledge for AP 扎实的应付会计知识
  • Willing to drive process improvement 愿意推动流程优化
  • Good problem-solving skills and can work independently良好的问题解决能力和独立工作能力
  • Decent English英语流利
  • 3-5 years working experience 3-5年工作经验
