Support the entire life cycle of our employees from hiring, development, engagement and rewards through the following Human Resources teams:

·       The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions at Arthrex.

·       The Arthrex Total Rewards & Systems team manages the benefits, compensation, payroll and rewards that Arthrex employees receive.

·       The Employee Relations team strives to create and maintain a positive environment for all employees. They partner with our employees and management to create a fair and productive environment at Arthrex.

·       The Learning & Development team is responsible for empowering employees’ growth and developing their capabilities to drive better business performance through resources and training.

·       The Organizational Change Management team supports change initiatives at Arthrex for successful implementation.

5 Questions with Senior Learning & Development Specialist Jennifer McCue

After spending 20 years as a high school teacher and college professor in Chicago and Southwest Florida, Jennifer McCue brought her passion for teaching to the corporate world when she joined Arthrex’s Learning & Development team within the Human Resources department in October 2017. Learn more about what Jennifer’s experience has been like at Arthrex.

What does a typical day at Arthrex look like for you?

I love being here because there is no typical day for me. Every day is different because I teach Learning & Development

courses at all locations. That’s what’s so exciting about this job because I’m always getting to meet different people at the different locations.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I really love the culture and how people really value you here. It’s very much a teamwork environment. Coming from academia, the resources are unbelievable at Arthrex. They want you to learn and grow here personally and professionally. I love that I’m constantly learning.

What has been a highlight during your time at Arthrex?

Being the first person that new employees meet at Arthrex. I have the ability to communicate our mission statement,  values and innovative culture at Arthrex. I am able to share that passion in a way that enables others to feel passionate, too.

Arthrex has given me the opportunity to grow in ways I never imagined professionally and personally.  From creating new courses for our employees, to traveling to different Arthrex locations to listen, learn and engage with our employees, we’re able to set them up for success which ultimately reinforces Arthrex’s culture and core value.

What do you do in your downtime?

I love to paddleboard, read and be with my son Aiden, family and friends.
