Summary Requirements:
We are seeking a technically proficient Medical Sales Representative to lead the promotion and sales of our Imaging & Resection (I&R) portfolio, including high-definition surgical cameras and integrated visualization platforms. This role requires a blend of strong sales acumen, new account development, technical knowledge and ability to build strong & long term relationship with healthcare personnel. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surgical procedures and surgical imaging technologies, along with a track record of driving complex capital equipment sales in clinical environments.
Main Objective:
Strategically manage territory sales and drive adoption of Arthrex Technology in health care facilities. Act as a consultative partner, delivering clinical insights and ROI justifications for Hospital.
Customer‑Centric Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and procurement stakeholders.
- Partner closely with surgeons and operating room teams to optimize product usage, clinical outcomes, and workflow integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Arthrex Imaging & Resection (I&R) portfolio, coordinating sales activities and after‑sales service support.
- Be an expert across the Arthrex I&R and consumables portfolio and explain how our solutions align with customers pain points
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
Technical Sales & Territory Management
- Identify new customer needs and business opportunities through lead generation, product presentations, and solution‑based selling.
- Create state sales plan to achieve target and track and monitor sales performance against target on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies and plan to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
- Attend surgical cases to provide technical and clinical support, ensuring safe and effective product usage.
- Facilitate product trials and in‑service training for surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive, up‑to‑date knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct and regularly update account mapping to develop a deep understanding of the Singapore I&R market.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates in line with management expectations and timelines.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with the Imaging & Resection Product Manager to support product launches and execute portfolio‑level sales strategies
- Ensure that full portfolio sales team is capable of selling the value of the I&R and consumables portfolio to their customers and covering I&R procedures
- Collaborate with full portfolio sales reps to identify, target and convert new business opportunities.
- Proactively collaborate with commercial team members to ensure alignment, continuity of coverage, and best‑practice sharing.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination with Service & Repair Engineers, Commercial Support Specialists, and Operations teams to address customer needs efficiently.
- Participate in R&D feedback loops, providing market insights and surgeon feedback to support continuous product improvement.
- Take ownership of personal training plan which will include product and sales training as well as personal development objectives
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, ethical, and company compliance standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering, related field
- Minimum of 3 years of capital sales or field service experience within the medical device industry
- Proven experience working closely with surgeons in the OR and supporting live surgical cases.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Strong time management, organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and internal teams
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC’s, Microsoft Office Suite and SAP or others CRM tool
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
