Main Objective:
As directed, participates in the development and implementation of product launches & marketing campaigns based on the information gathered from the market, product, and competition. Responsible for training internal and external customers on product. This responsibility includes consideration of restrictions to market access, financing and risk analysis to achieve the strategic sales and marketing goals of the division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implements Product Marketing strategy for designated portfolio across SEA region
- Key liaison between Arthrex Inc Product Management team and SEA region on key product related matters
- Provides technical expertise and facilitates resources for training programs to subsidiary and distributor teams
- Thoroughly demonstrates and explains the product features as well as techniques and services Arthrex offers in order to persuade the customer
- Has oversight and prepares monthly reports to Marketing Manager on sales, product launches, market intel and updates on Product Marketing plan in SEA.
- Collaborate with Commercial & Sales Manager in helping to identify assigned portfolio product opportunities & campaigns in SEA
- Collaborate, coordinate and align with Product Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams to ensure business continuity, new product registrations and product launches in SEA
- Collaborate with Operations & Commercial team for SKU optimization
- Collaborate with SFE Manager to develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for product lifecycle management
- Provides analysis on different target markets including specific details: size, growth, segments, types of treatment, patient types, market trends and opportunities.
- Regularly provides collateral material information to sales force and customers about the products
- Identifying, build and maintaining key customer relationship to develop KOLs as base to support market development activities and align with product strategy
- Participates in the implementation of "Local Workshops" dry laboratories and training in general.
- Proactively participate in the various activities of medical education within the company.
- Maintains professional conduct strictly attached to the codes of ethics and conduct of the company.
- Maintains Arthrex dress code during his/her visits to clients or attending surgeries
- Travel up to 30-40%
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical, Nursing, Biology) with minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in the field of sales, promotion and marketing preferably in the field of surgical and / or medical products
- Preferred Product Management experience in Orthopedic – Sports Medicine

- Ability to navigate in complex market environment of SEA for regulatory requirements & market preference
- Proactive, well-structured and independent working style with high sense of responsibility and reliability.

- Analytical skills to evaluate market reports, trade statistics and/or other quantitative information
