Summary Requirements:

We are seeking a technically proficient Medical Sales Representative to lead the promotion and sales of our Imaging & Resection (I&R) portfolio, including high-definition surgical cameras and integrated visualization platforms. This role requires a blend of strong sales acumen, technical knowledge and ability to build long term relationship with healthcare personnel. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surgical procedures and surgical imaging technologies, along with a track record of driving complex capital equipment sales in clinical environments.


Main Objective: 

Strategically manage territory sales and drive adoption of Arthrex Technology in health care facilities. Act as a consultative partner, delivering clinical insights and ROI justifications for Hospital. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory sales goals.
  • Collaborate with I&R Product Manager and participate in product launches; develop and implement portfolio sales strategy
  • Identify customer needs and pursue business opportunities with healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, including generating leads and presenting product information
  • Manage and document the sales process from prospecting to closing and after-sales support
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to generate leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio, industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates as required by management.
  • Proactively engage with others commercial team members to ensure they are always aware of status of all issues for their designated customers.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and OR teams during procedures to support product usage and optimize workflow integration.
  • Establish as point of contact for Arthrex Imaging & Resection products and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver sales & after sales services requests
  • Participate in R&D feedback loops to influence product development based on surgeon feedback and market needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards during interactions with healthcare professionals.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of capital sales or field service experience within the medical device industry
  • Proven experience working closely with surgeons in the OR and supporting live surgical cases.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Strong time management, organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and internal teams
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
