Main Objective
Lead a team of demand planners across APAC to develop accurate demand plans.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to reduce inventory costs and optimize customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor APAC demand planners; set performance goals.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with APAC and global planning teams to standardize processes.
• Integrate new product launches into demand planning with Marketing.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Work with Supply Planning to align forecasts with executable plans and budgets.
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement in forecasting.
• Lead monthly forecasting cycles and demand reviews.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
• Travel requirement: up to 25%.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain.
• APICS or similar supply chain certification preferred.
• Regional APAC experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of business experience, including:
  • 4+ years in people management
  • 5+ years in supply chain
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
