Reporting Line: Logistic Lead
Main Objective:
Creatively and actively participate in the Department of Medical Education to carry out logistical operation to teach the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and techniques in Singapore, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Deliver educational activities to sales representatives, scrub/clinical nurses, and clinical staff in collaboration with Commercial, Sales Force Excellence, and Marketing departments for Arthrex and business partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver Arthrex representative education programs, including onboarding, clinical training, continuing education, and pre‑/post‑course learning.

Conduct live, virtual, and on‑site training for sales representatives, clinical staff, and distributors on Arthrex products, instruments, and surgical techniques.

Teach orthopedic concepts such as anatomy, biomechanics, pathology, and clinical applications relevant to Arthrex procedures.

Assess training progress, validate competency levels, and report outcomes to stakeholders and managers.

Support onboarding by assigning training, evaluating qualifications, and advancing representatives through clinical competency levels.

Develop, deploy, and track continuing education curricula and support onsite training programs across all levels.

Manage and provide technical support for Arthrex Global University (AGU) and Learning Management Systems.

Collaborate with medical education, product, clinical, and LMS teams to align training with product launches and education requirements.

Create training materials, examinations, progress reports, and educational content delivered live, recorded, or virtually.

Serve as a key communicator with internal teams and business partners on training initiatives and updates.

Represent and promote Arthrex Medical Education tools, products, and systems.

Up to 30% travel required.
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related health science field required
-
3 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon, physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, registered nurse or sports physical therapist in orthopedics is required, OR 5 years of experience as an athletic trainer, physiotherapist, or alike working in orthopedics or sports medicine is required, OR 5 years of experience in the orthopedic sports medicine medical device industry is required

Master’s degree in a related health science field is preferred

Experience in arthroscopic and sports medicine related orthopedic procedures preferred

Experience with Arthrex products and procedures is preferred

Experience in learning management system administration preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

In-depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology is required

Ability to teach in a group setting is required

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills

Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
