This role will suit a Customer Service Lead / Manager with existing leadership and management experience. A background that includes working within complex order‑fulfilment environments that demand strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Being a hands on leader that is equally comfortable with the top level strategic leadership as well as the day to day hands on activities will be key to your success. Arthrex operates within the Orthopaedics / Healthcare sector, any familiarity with this sector will be advantageous but not essential.
About the Role
You will manage all incoming orders from both internal and external customers with your team to ensure customer needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Our external customers are Hospital Groups both public and private.
Reporting to a local NZ Operations Manager your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:
- Leading a team of 6 Customer Service Specialists to deliver on SLA’s and support business growth objectives.
- Manage day to day operations in customer service such as (but not limited to) Order Taking, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Creations and Customer issues/complaints.
- Actively support and facilitate internal cooperation between departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) for varied tasks including Medical Education events, Product Samples, Marketing etc.
- Maintain control over the SAP order management module.
- Coordinate with 3PL suppliers for delivery processes.
About the Requirements
- You will have previous leadership/management experience of staff members.
- Complex order‑fulfilment environments that demand strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- If you have SAP (or similarly complex system) knowledge it would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service focused experience.
