This role will suit those with Events Management experience in a corporate (or similar environment). You will be solely responsible for the organisation and direction of all Arthrex Events Management in New Zealand with the support of one staff member.
You’ll be a very professionally polished person who is equally comfortable organising Medical Education events as you are being around Corporate Events and dealing with Healthcare Professionals (HCP’s). You’ll be directly responsible for all Events organised by Arthrex New Zealand.
About the Role
The role is responsible for Corporate Events, Sales Training Events, Medical Education Events and other corporate or related meetings ensuring strong control of Arthrex Brand and imaging as well as P&L Budgetary responsibilities. You will support all stakeholders within the business to facilitate effective Events.
- Management of one team member to assist you in organising and facilitating all Arthrex New Zealand Events.
- Responsibility for Budgetary P&L control of Corporate Events at Arthrex across New Zealand which will include Medical Education, Marketing, Corporate as well as Internal Events.
- Providing post-event measurements, analysis and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Support internal departments across Communications, Medical Education, Product, Commercial and HR to ensure that Arthrex Events that are organised follow a cohesive strategy and brand image/messaging.
- Facilitating events in ArthroLab, NZ’s first privately owned surgical skills (cadaver) laboratory.
About the Requirements
- Previous experience in an Events/Marketing/Communications style position provided you have deep Events Management experience.
- Any Healthcare related experience would be a positive “nice to have” – we welcome applications from all industries provided you have extensive Events Management experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to confidently interact with Surgeons and other Healthcare Professionals is a must.
- Previous knowledge/hands on with Budgets and P&L.
