About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to support Arthrex’s continued growth across New Zealand by providing clinical case support and partnering closely with our field-based sales team. Working across our Sports Medicine, Imaging & Resection, Distal Extremities and Biologics portfolios, you will help drive customer success, support surgical cases, and contribute to territory growth.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for clinical case coverage, inventory and stock management, and key administrative activities, enabling the sales team to focus on expanding our market presence and introducing innovative products and procedures.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in executing the NZ commercial strategy and achieving territory objectives.
  • Provide clinical support and case coverage during surgical procedures using the Arthrex product portfolio.
  • Develop expert product knowledge and deliver education and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Build strong customer relationships and support customer needs across the territory.
  • Assist with territory management activities, including inventory control, stock takes, and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Support new product launches through hands-on clinical engagement and training.
  • Provide market insights and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

 

 

Requirements

  • Formal experience or qualification within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Clinical experience and an understanding of medical device products, technical terminology, and patient care environments would be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative mindset with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and colleagues.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport, navigate different personalities, and adapt to dynamic clinical environments.
  • Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
