How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ in your role?  

Medical Education is one of Arthrex’s foundational pillars, playing a vital role in supporting surgeons, alongside our sales representatives, product managers, and operations team. I lead the development and delivery of our medical education programs, guiding our team as we introduce progressive and innovative educational concepts that advance clinical practice and contribute to improved surgical outcomes.  

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

What inspires me most at Arthrex is seeing our core value of Making People Better reflected each day in how we support surgeons, care for patients, and look after each other. I’m proud to work for a company that lives this value, and it’s easy to come to work when you know you’re contributing to something that makes a real difference.  

What is your favourite success story at Arthrex? 

One of my favourite success stories is seeing the New Zealand ArthroLab™ become a reality. It brings together the planning and collaboration behind creating something transformative, and watching it open its doors has been incredibly rewarding. It represents a major step forward - giving surgeons access to hands-on education locally sets a new benchmark for medical education in New Zealand.
