How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ in your role?  

My role allows me to see our mission in action every week. My team helps surgeons by ensuring they get the best possible outcomes for their patients with our innovative technologies.
I impact the mission through my interactions with my team by empowering them to run their territories, encouraging professional development and continuing education and supporting them to achieve their goals. 

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

First and foremost, I am inspired by knowing that what we do truly makes a difference in patients’ lives. That’s a remarkable feeling.
By representing and supporting our products, we are lucky enough to help people live a life that is as pain-free as possible. It is a privilege to be a part of the Arthrex family and it gives me a great sense of pride and satisfaction. I have been very lucky to have found a role that I love, and consider myself extremely fortunate to work for Arthrex 

What is your favorite success story at Arthrex? 

We have experienced many successes, however what inspires me most is our continuous search for new talent to join our Arthrex family. We give them the education, tools, time and support to become successful contributors. Whether in sales or support roles, we enable our team to be better than the day before. By building a team with the best expertise, clinical knowledge and product support, we can truly live our mission, which to me is ultimate success. 

How do you describe the Arthrex culture? 

Arthrex culture is all about the people - the employees, the HCPs we work with and the patients who are treated with Arthrex products. Arthrex NZ is like one big family who support each other, learn from one another, hold each other accountable and importantly, celebrate our successes. We all want what is best for our Arthrex family.

Arthrex has enabled me to be a better version of myself with a strong motivation to excel and achieve, to work collaboratively with a best-in-class team and to learn from those I admire and respect. When I work with people who take the utmost pride in everything they do, it makes me want to strive to be better. I believe Arthrex has helped me develop into the person I am today.
