To support our Human Resources department, we are currently seeking a new team member in Munich-Freiham:
HR Controller EMEA (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Define and further develop standards for HR Controlling & Planning at the EMEA level
- Optimize data structures and data quality; analyze data and derive actionable recommendations
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, salary benchmark reports, and collaborate with HR Generalists on job classification matters
- Contribute to personnel cost reporting and forecasting
- Support year-end closing activities
- Take on conceptual and audit-relevant tasks within HR Controlling
- Collaborate with international departments and colleagues across the EMEA region
Your Profile
- You hold a degree or have completed commercial training, or possess a comparable qualification
- You have experience with tools such as SAP HCM, SAP SF, and Power BI
- You have already contributed to international projects and enjoy cross-border collaboration
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and impress with your analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- You are highly organized and value both independent work and teamwork
- Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
- Confidentiality and loyalty are as important to you as they are to us
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
